Our programs are designed to provide short-term, practical, hands-on support to individuals and families in crisis. We focus on filling the gaps where other agencies may not be able to provide assistance, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
Here’s how we make a difference:
- Household Items – Providing essential kitchenware, sheets, towels, and more to families in need—free of charge. Helping individuals transition into new homes with dignity and comfort.
- Transportation – Offering rides to medical appointments, treatments, and procedures for those without access to reliable transportation. Supporting veterans, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities.
- Referral Services – Connecting individuals with additional resources and partner organizations to address unique needs. Providing comprehensive support through our dedicated Clearinghouse staff and volunteers.
- Community Support Services – Yard clean-ups and visitation services for those who need an extra helping hand.
